Pay a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

 

SIP is authorised to issue and recover parking charges on behalf of our clients. If you have received a PCN, you can pay this in the following ways:

 

• Online. To make a secure payment using a debit or credit card, please click here

• Telephone. To pay through our secure automated payment line using a debit or credit card, please call 0333 999 7575

• Post. To make a payment by post, please send a cheque or Postal Order to: SIP, P.O. Box 5450, Manchester, M61 0JX. Please quote your PCN number on the reverse of the cheque or Postal Order.

 

Please note:

• You can use most major credit and debit cards to make a payment

• All online payments are processed securely.

 

Appeal a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

 

If you have received a PCN from SIP and want to appeal this charge, here is how to do this:

 

• Online. To submit your appeal online, please click here

• Post. To submit your appeal in writing, please write to: Appeals Department, SIP, PO Box 5450, Manchester, M61 0JX. We would strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage.
